What You Can Expect

In this role you will support the Senior VP Investor Relations and full IR team in the management of the global investor relations program. Duties will include preparation of the CEO and CFO's quarterly earnings prepared remarks and Q&A, investor and Analyst meeting talk track and Q&A, internal and external presentations, written communications to stakeholders, and internal IR materials. You will assist the IR team with monitoring competitive landscape, tracking Analyst forecasts and expectations, execution of earnings processes, and development of IR strategies and schedules.

How You'll Create Impact

• Develop and manage preparation of quarterly earnings materials, including CEO and CFO prepared remarks and earnings call Q&A
• Develop talk tracks and Q&A for senior management team for investor and Analyst interactions, including investor meetings and conference presentations
• Assist in the creation of presentations, press releases and other communications for earnings, industry events and presentations to Analysts and investors
• Manage inbound inquiries to the investor relations department and track meeting follow-through
• Maintain a relationship with internal business leaders to ensure adequate IR support for inquiries, non-deal roadshows and company presentations
• Assist in the tactical execution of the quarterly earnings process, including conference calls, follow-up calls, internal meetings, version control on internal documents and website postings
• Create, update and maintain master IR materials - key messages, talk tracks, Q&A, presentations, events calendar
• Closely track Analyst forecasts and investor expectations
• Monitor sell-side analyst reports and summarize and distribute to senior management
• Participate in the review of all annual reports, SEC filings and proxy statements
• Coordinate site visits by analysts and investors
• Disseminate IR information on a monthly and daily basis to internal business partners

Your Background

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Economics, or Finance
• 3+ years of investor relations or related experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, i.e., Power Point, Excel, and Word
• Communications (or related experience) a plus

Moderate

The expected compensation range for this role is $125,000-157,000 / year based on experience - apply for more information!
