About the Role

Are you a driven insurance professional with a talent for building relationships and generating new business? We're looking for a Remote Insurance Consultant specializing in Property & Casualty insurance to grow our client base in the Greater Phoenix area .

This role is ideal for someone who thrives on networking, marketing, and cultivating strong client relationships . You'll work independently from home, with the full support of a large independent agency and use a combination of digital tools and personal outreach to connect with individuals, families, and small business owners—helping them protect what matters most.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively generate leads through a variety of channels including networking, referrals, digital outreach, and community engagement
  • Develop and execute local marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and attract new clients
  • Conduct personalized consultations to assess client needs and recommend appropriate property and casualty insurance solutions
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships to drive client satisfaction, retention, and referrals
  • Manage your sales pipeline and client interactions using CRM tools and digital platforms
  • Collaborate with internal support teams to ensure a smooth and professional client experience

What We're Looking For

  • Active Property & Casualty insurance license (required)
  • Experience in insurance sales , financial services, or a related consultative sales role
  • Strong background in networking, lead generation, and client relationship management
  • Comfortable creating and executing local marketing campaigns (both online and offline)
  • Self-starter with excellent time management skills and the ability to work remotely and independently
  • Located in the Greater Phoenix area for client familiarity and potential in-person networking opportunities
