About the Role:

We're looking for ambitious individuals to join our vibrant on-site sales team! This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of a growing company offering unique perks and a collaborative work culture. Here's what you can look forward to:

Full-time On-site Sales Position (Monday-Thursday) with the option to work remotely on Fridays.

What You'll Do:
As a Sales Agent, you'll begin your career with comprehensive training, combining both classroom instruction and hands-on experience. You'll learn the skills you need to excel and become an expert in Medicare, setting you up for success from day one.

Start with an in-depth training program to understand Medicare, the products, and best practices.
Support clients by helping them navigate their options and choose the right plan for their needs.
Work closely with a supportive team to meet monthly sales goals and improve your skills.
Engage with hundreds of leads each day, helping individuals make informed decisions.
Use cutting-edge technology to simplify the enrollment process for clients.

Qualifications:
Ability to work from home with a reliable, high-speed internet connection.
Your own quiet, private, and HIPAA-compliant workspace.
Must be able to focus fully on work during designated hours.
