**What You'll Do:**

As a Sales Agent, you'll begin your career in a hands-on training program designed to make you an expert in Medicare insurance. Our goal is to set you up for success quickly by providing structured learning, mentorship, and the best industry tools.

Your journey starts with an in-depth training class, where you'll develop sales techniques and gain insights that have made us an industry leader. Unlike traditional sales roles, you won't have to worry about generating your own leads—we take care of that for you. With support from our in-house marketing, customer care, and operations teams, you'll be free to focus on what you do best: helping clients find the right Medicare plan.

As you progress, you'll refine your sales skills, work closely with leadership, and strive to achieve monthly sales targets. Our team is committed to continuous development, ensuring you have everything you need to succeed and grow in your career.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Engage with hundreds of prospective clients daily to provide expert advice on Medicare options
- Represent top-rated insurance carriers with strong financial stability
- Participate in regular coaching sessions to enhance your skills and performance
- Utilize cutting-edge technology to streamline the enrollment process for clients
- Build trust with clients and serve as a knowledgeable advisor throughout their Medicare journey

**Work-From-Home Requirements:**
- Reliable, high-speed, hard-wired internet connection with an Ethernet port
