Job Title: Imaging Clerk

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Imaging Clerk to join a dynamic member records team in a busy office environment. The Imaging Clerk will be responsible for managing incoming correspondence, indexing electronic records, and maintaining physical and digital record systems. This role is ideal for candidates with strong administrative skills and a commitment to data accuracy and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities:Index information from various sources such as faxes, emails, and incoming mail.
Identify and file member documentation accurately using the electronic imaging system.
Fulfill daily requests for microfiche and microfilm member records, scanning them into the system as needed.
Maintain and organize microfiche and microfilm records.
Scan and process member documentation for long-term digital storage.
Follow all established business procedure guidelines.
Handle confidential and time-sensitive material with discretion.
Strong attention to detail, sound judgment, and ability to prioritize work effectively.
Ability to multitask and remain composed in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication, organizational, and administrative skills.
Team player with the ability to collaborate across departments.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
1–2 years of experience in a mailroom, records management, or general office setting.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, document scanning, and imaging equipment.
