Hybrid Legal Assistant/Paralegal Position - Houston, TX

An outstanding, top-rated, boutique firm in Houston seeking a hybrid Litigation Paralegal/Legal Assistant to assist two of the firm's top Partners. Salary range is commensurate with experience, should see over $85k for anyone with over 7 years-experience. The firm would love to have a person who works hard, is eager to learn, likes a fast paced desk, and understands civil litigation terms/documents.

Salary depends on experience
After 1 year of service - firm pays 3% towards 401k of each check (open enrollment - January and July)
Maternity Leave after 1 year of employment - 12 weeks - paid subject to short term disability requirements
