Job Description
MasterTech is on the search for a Heavy Equipment Technician in the Forest Lake, MN area.
We have shop and field service openings, responsible for the maintenance, diagnostics, and repair of a diverse line of heavy equipment (construction, earth moving, mining, aerial, cranes, etc.).
Compensation:
- $30.00 - $50.00/hour, plus overtime after 8 hours/day.

- 401K with matching contributions.
- 2 weeks prorated vacation, plus sick days, holidays, and PTO.
Shift:
- Day shift, Monday to Friday.
- 8 to 12 hour days on average.
Key Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience as a Heavy Equipment Mechanic or Diesel Mechanic.
- Understanding of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
- Proficient using scanners, OEM diagnostic software, and reading schematics.
- Able to work independently, and able to communicate professionally with company clients/customers.
- Valid driver's license, clean driving record.
- CDL A for field service openings.
