Position: Recruiting & Staffing Specialist – Competitive, Motivated, and Ready to Win!

Location: Sioux City, IA (In-Office)

Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM

Your Role as a Staffing Specialist :

• Recruit & Engage – Find and connect with top healthcare professionals, get them excited about opportunities, and get them to say YES
• Schedule & Fill Needs – Ensure all shifts are covered with the right people, even if it takes extra effort
• Make Every Second Count – Stay on the phones, hustle, and build relationships that lead to success

Qualifications & Skills We Value:

• Previous healthcare recruiting or staffing experience strongly preferred
• Experience in sales, call center, or high-volume outbound calling
• A self-starter mentality with a hunger to win
• Exceptional communication and persuasion skills
• Resilience, adaptability, and the ability to thrive under pressure
