About the role
The Group Finance Manager is responsible for managing and overseeing the day-to-day financial operations of Swish World Group across its subsidiaries and jurisdictions. Reporting to the Group Chief Executive Officer (and working closely with senior leadership), this role ensures accurate financial reporting, strong financial controls, and effective financial planning to support the Group’s growth and operational needs.
This role is hands-on and execution-focused, operating within a global, remote-first organisation.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Operations & Reporting
Manage day-to-day financial operations across Group entities
Prepare and maintain accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
Ensure timely reconciliation of accounts and financial records
Maintain consistency in financial processes and reporting standards
Budgeting, Forecasting & Planning
Develop and manage budgets and financial forecasts
Monitor performance against budgets and provide variance analysis
Support leadership with financial modelling and scenario planning
Controls, Compliance & Governance
Maintain strong financial controls and internal processes
Support compliance with applicable accounting standards and tax obligations
Assist with audits, reviews, and regulatory or statutory reporting
Cash Flow & Financial Management
Monitor cash flow, working capital, and financial health of the Group
Support payment processes, invoicing, and expense management
Assist in managing vendor payments and financial commitments
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with Operations, Legal, Compliance, and Technology teams
Support commercial decision-making with accurate financial insight
Assist with financial setup for new entities, markets, or initiatives

Requirements
Experience
Proven experience in a finance or accounting role (Finance Manager, Senior Accountant, or equivalent)
Experience managing finances across multiple entities or jurisdictions preferred
Background in technology, telecoms, SaaS, or services-based organisations is an advantage
Experience in remote or distributed teams preferred
Skills
Strong financial reporting, budgeting, and analytical skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Strong organisational and time-management abilities
Proficiency with accounting software and financial tools
Clear communication skills with both financial and non-financial stakeholders
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Professional accounting qualification (e.g. CPA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent) preferred but not required
