Description We are looking for a detail-oriented File Clerk to join our team on a contract basis in Glendale, Arizona. In this role, you will be responsible for organizing, scanning, and managing sensitive documents efficiently and securely. This position is ideal for individuals with a strong aptitude for clerical tasks and document handling. Responsibilities: - Operate scanning equipment to digitize physical documents with accuracy. - Ensure proper organization and categorization of scanned files. - Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive and personal information. - Utilize Adobe Acrobat and other tools for file creation and management. - Perform routine clerical tasks to support document processing. - Verify scanned documents for quality and completeness before storage. - Follow established procedures to ensure compliance with data handling policies. - Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines efficiently. Requirements - Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat and document scanning software. - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. - Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion. - Experience in clerical duties, including filing and photocopying. - Familiarity with scanning equipment and processes. - Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively. - Prior experience in similar roles is preferred but not required.
