Position Title: FACILITIES REGIONAL OPERATIONS MANAGER  

Salary: $120,000 - $140,000

Pay Grade: 16

Other Forms of Compensation: BONUS

Job Summary

 

This role is responsible for the overall delivery of managed services to the client. The individual will coordinate and support all departmental activities and interface with all levels of facility staff regarding the Scope of Work at assigned unit(s).

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, organize, direct, coordinate, and supervise departmental functions and activities, ensuring adequate staffing.
  • Establish work standards and workflows.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory agencies.
  • Control expenses within the area of responsibility.
  • Continuously review procedures and implement improvements when applicable.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

 

Qualifications

Experience:

  • 7–10 years of progressive experience in facilities or operations management; multi-site experience strongly preferred.
  • Experience in IFM environments, corporate real estate, manufacturing, or industrial operations is a plus.

 

Technical & Professional Skills:

  • Strong understanding of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, life safety, etc.).
  • Proficiency in CMMS/CAFM systems and work order management platforms.
  • Budgeting, forecasting, and financial acumen.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and EHS compliance.

 

Leadership & Interpersonal Skills:

  • Exceptional communication and client-relationship management skills.
  • Ability to lead diverse teams across multiple locations.
  • Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environments and manage competing priorities.

Education:
