Facilitator / Leadership Trainer (Part-time) - New York City

Calling dynamic facilitators with real-world business experience! We’re looking for part-time leadership trainers who can leverage their industry expertise to help leaders develop the skills that drive business impact.

If you’ve built a career in tech, finance, consumer goods, media, healthcare, or beyond—presenting ideas, influencing leaders, and developing talent– this could be your next role.

We’re seeking professionals who bring more than just training experience – we want those who’ve lived the lessons they teach and thrive in fast-paced, engaging discussions. If you’re passionate about translating real-world experience into actionable insights, we’d love to hear from you!

  • A Self Assessment score of 4.5 or higher across all categories per workshop.

  • An average participant feedback score of 4.5 out of 5 for the 3 month average in each workshop (with 5+ responses). Some variability is outside of your control, so we track scores with a focus on learning rather than just performance.

VIDEO SCRIPT

Hi! My name is ______.

I’m excited to talk to you today about habits / share some ideas about habits and share a tip called ‘micro-stepping.’

_ What is a habit? _

    • Neural pathway used often → leading to automated behavior

    • No need to think about it

_ Why do habits matter? _

    • Most of our actions are automatic

    • Learn to engineer habits → learn to engineer life / you are your habits!

_ How do you start a habit? Try micro-stepping! _

    • Think of a habit you want to have [example: workout everyday, or use your own example]

    • Break it down into a micro-step: a portion of the full habit that takes a ridiculously small amount of time/energy

    • Repeat the micro-step every day for a month [example: micro-step = do 1 push up every morning, or use your own example]

[Wrap up e.g., explain why this works, pick an ending statement]

Let’s do this! Come be part of a team where you will learn something new every day, challenge yourself and others, laugh a lot, and make a real impact by teaching people life’s most useful skills.
