Find your future with us. **Boeing Defense, Space & Security** (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for an **Experienced** **Quality Systems Specialist** with a strong problem-solving, and analytical mindset, to join our Quality team in **Tukwila, WA!** This position will support initial contract proposal review, production execution /test and certification activities for pre-production developmental prototype acquisition under USAF procurement for the E7 program. Successful candidates will have strong background in collection and analysis of data, be able to generate recommendations for improvement and present to leadership. Experience working with creating Tableau dashboards utilizing various data sources is required. **Position Responsibilities:** + Reviews proposals, contracts, regulatory, program and customer requirements ensuring early quality involvement in program development. + Prepares and maintains Quality directives, policies, processes, procedures and metrics to assure program, contract, customer, regulatory requirements, international standards and working agreements are deployed. + Analyzes process data, metrics, models and flows to identify root cause of problems. + Participates with stakeholders to develop potential preventive or corrective actions and implementation. + Conducts research, compiles and analyzes performance reports and process control statistics, to continuously improve process capability. + Conducts quality source selection and process reviews of suppliers' ability to meet program quality requirements and support business decisions, and develops a coordinated response for management review and approval. + Conducts hardware, software and system level audits to determine compliance with quality management system standards, configuration assurance, related business, regulatory and customer requirements and reports results to management. + Analyzes data to provide material review dispositions for nonconforming materials, parts and equipment. + Works under general direction. **This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the listed location.** **This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship.** (An Interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post Start is required.) **Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):** + More than 3 years of experience collecting and analyzing data from multiple sources, as well as interpreting data and presenting analysis and recommendations to management + More than 1 year of experience building intuitive and actionable Tableau dashboard and data visualizations that drive business decisions + More than 1 year of experience working with and supporting QMS (Quality Management System) + More than 1 year of experience working in a cross functional environment and/or business unit teams + More than 1 year of experience in data analysis and Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA) **Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):** + Bachelor's degree or higher + Demonstrated high level of dependability, interpersonal skills, initiative, adaptability, decision-making, and problem solving and organization skills + Experience working with FAA/DCMA/Customer interface roles **Travel:** Position may require travel up to 10% of the time. **Drug Free Workplace:** Boeing is a Drug Free Workplace where post offer applicants and employees are subject to testing for marijuana, cocaine, opioids, amphetamines, PCP, and alcohol when criteria is met as outlined in our policies. **Shift:** This position is for 1st shift.
