Overview:

We’re seeking a proactive and detail-driven Estimator/Preconstruction Manager to lead the early phases of project planning and pricing for high-performance glazing systems. This role is central to ensuring our projects launch with precision, from accurate cost assessments to effective coordination with project stakeholders and subcontractors. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver comprehensive cost estimates by evaluating architectural plans, project specs, and market trends.
• Own the bid process—establish schedules, prepare detailed proposals, and ensure submissions meet all client and project requirements.
• Conduct job site visits to collect essential data and assess conditions for informed estimating and planning.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with project managers, engineers, and field teams to align project scope, budgets, and timelines.
• Liaise with other subcontractors to streamline workflows and proactively address logistical or scheduling challenges.
• Identify and troubleshoot project or process inefficiencies, recommending strategies to enhance productivity and quality.
• Manage material requisitions to ensure cost-effective procurement and timely delivery to job sites.
• Provide mentorship and leadership to junior team members, championing a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
