As a Management Trainee, you will work closely with our leadership team to learn how to support event operations, guide small groups, and represent our clients at live promotional events. You’ll gain practical experience while developing the skill set needed to move confidently into a leadership or management position.
Learn daily event operations and apply best practices
Assist managers with on-site activities and team coordination
Communicate key talking points and provide excellent customer engagement
Support event setup, breakdown, and logistical operations
Demonstrate procedures for new team members as you progress
Track event performance and share insights with leadership
