Monthly bonuses and benefits after probationary period! **Required Qualifications of the Eligibility/Pre-Authorization Specialist** - 2+ years of recent eligibility/authorization experience required - High school diploma or GED required - Must successfully pass a criminal background check and drug screen **Responsibilities of the Eligibility/Pre-Authorization Specialist** - Verify patient insurance coverage - Make outbound calls and utilize available tools to submit authorization requests - Follow up on pending pre-authorizations - Confirm and validate patient eligibility, active coverage, and available benefits - Coordinate benefits and patient financial responsibility - Obtain insurance plan descriptions - Work in-office 1-2 days per month when necessary **About the Company** To get an edge in the healthcare industry, this full-service operation helps their clients improve quality and efficiency by offering technology-enabled solutions across revenue cycle management, call center operations, back-office support, lead generation, and marketing solutions.
