Drywaller

Pay: $65k/yr plus spot bonuses

Shift: Days

Location: Alexandria, VA and surrounding areas

Description:

• Cannonball Recruiting is seeking skilled Drywallers for  service contractor that works on Federal, Commercial, and Industrial projects. This position will require patch work type of drywall projects, not new construction projects.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of proven experience with drywall hanging, taping, patching, and painting
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Dependable full-time availability
• Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills
• Must be able to regularly lift and carry 50-100 lbs., walk regularly, and climb steps occasionally
• Must be 18+, authorized to work in the US

Job Duties:

• Hang, tape, patch, and finish drywall in Federal, Commercial, and Industrial environments
• Install and remove dust and debris protection daily
• Reset vanities, cabinets, and light fixtures as needed
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Communicate clearly with project leads, teammates, and residents
• Follow safety protocols and company quality standards
• Maintain, foster, and develop productive relationships including with co-workers, other departments, clients, subcontractors, and vendors
