Job Description
Benchmark International is seeking a driven and detail-oriented operations professional to join our leadership team as the Director of Operations. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, the Director of Operations will be responsible for ensuring the effectiveness and efficiency of the Tampa transaction office operations. This individual, working collaboratively with the Tampa Managing Director, will oversee daily workflows, enforce company process and policy compliance, enhance team productivity, and maintain the quality of our client experience. The successful candidate will be a hands-on leader with a proactive approach to managing operations, continuous improvement, driving through Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and cross-functional coordination.

Benchmark International offers a competitive compensation and benefit package, which includes the following: On target earnings of $125,000 - $175,000+, paid training, company paid leave (holidays, vacation), recognition initiatives, team-building outings, career advancement opportunities and more.
