Job Description:
We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Dentists to join our remote teledentistry team. In this role, you will provide routine, preventive, and basic dental care, as well as patient education, using both synchronous (live video) and asynchronous (store-and-forward) telehealth approaches. You may also participate in remote patient monitoring (RPM) and collaborate with physicians and nurses to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver routine, preventive, and basic dental care and consultations via our secure digital platform.
• Provide patient education and oral health coaching through live video and asynchronous messaging.
• Review and interpret patient-submitted images, records, and health data for diagnosis and treatment planning.
• Participate in remote patient monitoring (RPM) as appropriate.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to support holistic patient care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all patient interactions in compliance with HIPAA and state telehealth regulations.
• Stay current with best practices in teledentistry and participate in ongoing training as required.

Qualifications:

• Active and unrestricted RDH or Dentist license in the state of New York.
• Experience in routine, preventive, and basic dental care.
• Strong communication and patient education skills.
• Comfortable with technology and digital health platforms.
• Ability to work independently and as part of an interprofessional team.
• Commitment to compliance with all state and federal telehealth requirements and parameters.
• Prior telehealth or teledentistry experience is a plus, but not required.
