We’re searching for a personable dental hygienist to join our talented team of health care providers! You’ll welcome patients and conduct their initial screenings, perform thorough, dental cleanings, and help dentists with examinations and procedures. • Explain good oral hygiene techniques to patients of all ages, such as thorough brushing and flossing twice daily
• Make patients feel at ease and taken care of before, during, and after the appointment
• Use x-ray machines to take photos of the patients’ teeth so the dentist can clearly identify cavities or other oral health issues
• Protect patients’ teeth by thoroughly cleaning them and applying fluoride or other sealants
• Identify dental issues such as periodontitis, gingivitis, or cavities so they can be treated as soon as possible

• Valid CPR certification
• Physical stamina to stand for up to 8 hours at a time
• At least 1-2 years of experience in dental hygiene
• Associate’s degree and certification in dental hygiene program required, higher levels of education are highly valued
• Clear understanding and commitment to following HIPAA regulations and all safety guidelines
