Job Description
The Delivery Associate/Stocker will play a crucial role in ensuring timely and efficient processing of incoming and outgoing deliveries, while maintaining stock levels within the warehouse. This position requires a diligent individual who can handle physically demanding tasks and work collaboratively with a team to meet organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and process incoming stock and materials, ensuring that products are stored accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare and pack orders accurately for delivery, ensuring that quantities and product specifications are met.
- Load and unload delivery vehicles, assisting in the sorting and placement of PPE within vending machines.Â
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in stock management by reporting discrepancies or issues to supervisors.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize delivery schedules and improve service levels.
- Adhere to safety protocols and best practices to ensure a safe working environment.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by management to ensure operational efficiency.
Essential Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail for accurate stock handling and order preparation.
- Basic understanding of inventory management systems is a plus.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
Desired Experience:
- Prior experience in a delivery, warehousing, or stock management role is preferred but not required.
- Customer service experience is an advantage to enhance delivery experience.
