Job Title: Child Care Attendant - Part-Time (Fort Carson Military Base)
Location: Fort Carson Military Base, Colorado
Schedule: Part-time; Primary coverage on Sunday mornings; additional weekday/evening services(Tuesday/Wednesday) or special events and holidays as scheduled by the chapel(s).
About the Role
We are seeking caring and responsible individuals to provide child supervision during church services and related activities on Fort Carson. This role is ideal for someone passionate about creating a safe, welcoming environment for children while families attend worship.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and engage children in a safe, nurturing environment during church services and special holiday events.
Maintain a positive and respectful atmosphere aligned with the values of the church community.
Ensure children's safety at all times, including check-in and check-out procedures.
Organize age-appropriate activities to keep children engaged.
Communicate effectively with parents and church staff regarding any concerns or updates.
Follow all base security and child protection guidelines.

Skills and Requirements
Qualifications
Previous experience working with children (childcare, teaching, or volunteer roles preferred).
Ability to pass background checks and comply with Fort Carson security requirements.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Reliable, punctual, and able to work Sundays, Mondays, Tuesdays, and holidays as scheduled.
CPR Certification
