Position Overview:
The Data Entry Typist is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of data entry processes within West Park RN. This position requires a detail-oriented individual who can manage data entry tasks while maintaining high standards of quality and confidentiality.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Input: Accurately enter and update information into various databases and electronic systems.
- Verification: Review data for accuracy and completeness, correcting any discrepancies before final submission.
- Record Maintenance: Organize and maintain physical and electronic records to ensure easy retrieval and compliance with data management policies.
- Reporting: Generate reports as needed to support administrative and operational functions.
- Collaboration: Work closely with team members to support data-related projects and initiatives, providing assistance as needed.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; additional training or certification in data management preferred.
- Typing Skills: Proficient typing skills with a minimum speed of 60 words per minute (WPM).
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with data entry software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
