We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Remote Data Entry Typist to join our team. In this role, you will input, update, and maintain data in our systems accurately and efficiently. This is a fully remote position, ideal for someone who is organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently.
Enter and update data into computer systems or databases with accuracy
Review data for errors and correct any inconsistencies
Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information
Perform regular data backups to ensure data preservation
Follow company procedures and data entry standards
Communicate with team members to clarify information or resolve data-related issues
High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
Basic computer skills (familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel, or Google Docs/Sheets)
Excellent typing skills (35+ WPM preferred)
Attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Reliable internet connection and a computer or laptop
