Caring. Connecting. Growing together. This position is full-time (40 hours/week) Monday- Friday. Employees are required to work our normal business hours of 8:00am - 5:00pm. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime and or/weekends.

Primary Responsibilities - Analyzing data for accuracy and errors
- Identify and research missing data from various sources
- Administering bonus payments to external brokers on a monthly and quarterly basis
- Ensuring accurate payments are delivered in a timely manner
- Conducting company and government reporting

Required Qualifications - High School Diploma/GED (or higher)
- 1+ years of commission, compensation or data analyst experience
- 1+ years of experience in analyzing raw data from various sources
- Intermediate level of experience with Microsoft Excel (Ability to do V look ups, pivot tables, formulas)
- Ability to work our normal business hours from 8:00am to 5:00pm, Monday-Friday
Preferred Qualifications - Bachelor's degree (or higher)
- Experience with Microsoft Access or similar (ability to create queries and review data)
- Ability to work onsite 1-2 times per year per business need

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The hourly pay for this role will range from $23.41 to $41.83 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
