D365 CRM Senior Technology Lead

Job Summary

Infosys is seeking a CRM Senior Technology Lead to drive end-to-end CRM solution delivery, including architecture, design, development, and integration. This role requires strong leadership, hands-on technical expertise, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams in a hybrid work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead CRM implementations and upgrades (Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics)
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate into technical solutions
• Design scalable CRM architectures and integration strategies
• Oversee development, testing, and deployment of CRM modules
• Mentor junior developers and ensure adherence to best practices
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and client communications
• Support production systems and troubleshoot CRM-related issues

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 8+ years of IT experience, with 5+ years in CRM technologies
• Proven experience with Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or Siebel CRM
• Strong understanding of CRM data models, APIs, and integration tools
• Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Must be based in or willing to relocate to Hartford, CT and work in a hybrid model
