The Role: Customer Success Manager

You will act as a point of contact for our customers, ensuring every interaction exceeds expectations. From building and maintaining relationships with customers to driving customer retention and growth, your role is key to our customer service success.
We need someone who can manage post-sales account responsibilities, perform accurate billing, and take ownership of customer needs. If you're someone who loves problem-solving, multitasking, and interacting with a variety of personalities, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
The Customer Success Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for a designated base of business customers. This role is primarily conducted over the phone and via email , focusing on building strong relationships, ensuring exceptional service, and supporting customers with their post-sales needs.
This is an account management position, not a people-management role.
Primary Job Functions:
Manage post-sales accounts for a base of business customers.
Handle billing, reconciliation, and ensure timely, accurate customer service.
Proactively identify customer needs for supplies and service.
Administer and renew customer maintenance contracts.
Maintain a close working relationship with customers while managing escalations.
Ensure that all customer requests are fulfilled in a timely manner.
Provide back-up support to the SIMS Center and reception as needed.

Skills & Requirements:
Experience: Minimum of two years in business-to-business customer service, with industry experience preferred.
Knowledge: Strong understanding of the SAP order-to-cash process and excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
Skills: Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize and juggle multiple tasks.
Mindset: Highly self-motivated, critical thinker, and goal-oriented.
Education: An associate degree or higher is preferred (experience may substitute for a degree).
