As a Customer Service Representative , you'll be the friendly face of Go Falafel, ensuring every customer leaves with a smile. Your responsibilities will include:
- Greeting and assisting customers with enthusiasm and professionalism.
- Taking orders accurately and efficiently.
- Answering customer inquiries about our menu and offerings.
- Maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
- Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
To thrive in this role, you’ll need:
- 3 years of experience in customer service or a similar role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A positive attitude and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment while staying attentive to detail.
