Glacier Homemade Ice Cream and Gelato in Castle Rock, CO, is looking for customer service employees to join our Glacier Team! Our location is downtown at 115 Wilcox Street, Suite 110, directly across from Festival Park.  We are a privately owned family business, and it's a fantastic place to work!

Our ideal candidate is reliable, a self-starter, punctual, and hard-working.

Excellent pay is Colorado minimum tip wage: $11.79 plus tips (Spring/Summer will add up to $10 hr, & Fall/Winter - up to $7.00 hr)

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and make them feel at home.
• Answer any questions that customers may have.
• Assist Customers in preparing their orders.
• Preparing ice cream products in the kitchen.
• Clean work areas as needed to maintain a tidy and clean work environment.
• Respond to all complaints in a friendly and professional manner.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in a busy customer service environment.
• Responsible and proven ability to maintain scheduling commitments.
• Ability to solve problems quickly and address the customer's concerns.
• Good communication skills with team members and customers.
