Job Description

Prestigious international law firm is seeking ambitious and energetic junior- to mid-level Associates to join its growing Tax team in New York (though qualified candidates may be considered for positions in other U.S. locations), where they will have the opportunity to advise a client-list that includes blue-chip public companies, domestic and multinational corporations, emerging companies and financial institutions on the structuring of innovative and exciting transactions and other complex tax matters.

This firm is well-known for its broad offering that will allow exposure to the most cutting-edge transactions across a wide range of industries, as well as its commitment to Associate development, diversity and inclusion.

The ideal candidate will:

• Have at least 2 years of experience in advising on the structuring and implementing of complex corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, partnerships and inbound and outbound investments

• Private practice experience required

• Possess a stellar academic record (LL.M. in Taxation preferred but not required)

• Be qualified to practice in New York (or the jurisdiction in which the office sits)

Base compensation starting at $235K+ and based on experience.
