CNA with 5 years dementia experience job at A Caring Hand at Home LLC Tupelo, MS, US

Job Description

Day shift Monday- Friday, 2p-5p , Sat 12noon-7p and Sunday 7A-7p. 43 hrs total A Caring Hand at Home LLC is currently seeking compassionate, dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA's) with 5 years of dementia experience to join our team in Tupelo, Mississippi. As an In-Home Caregiver, you will play a vital role in providing essential care and support to individuals in the comfort of their own homes. Responsibilities:

Assist clients with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
Provide companionship, emotional support, and engage clients in meaningful activities.
Help with light housekeeping tasks and meal preparation to ensure a clean and healthy environment.
Accompany clients to medical appointments and outings, ensuring their safety and well-being.
Monitor clients' health and behavior, reporting any changes to the appropriate personnel.

Requirements:

Knowledge of evidence-based care-giving practices and techniques.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to establish rapport with clients and their families.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and respect clients' privacy at all times.
Compassionate and patient demeanor to provide comfort and support to those in need.
Certification in CPR, First Aid, and CNA to ensure the safety and well-being of clients.

Benefits:

Competitive compensation of $12 - $15 per hour.
Full time job type with expected hours of 43hrs per week.
Flexible schedule with 8 to 12-hour shifts, day shifts, night shifts on a weekend rotation.
