Job Title:  Cloud Specialist

Reports to:  Data Center Manager

We are seeking a Cloud Specialist who will design, implement, and manage cloud computing solutions for our organization. You will work with our Cloud platform to ensure efficient, secure, and cost-effective cloud environments. Your responsibility will span from initial design and deployment to ongoing maintenance, troubleshooting, and optimization of cloud-based systems.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Setup and configure network and server monitoring
• Assist the support team with cloud escalations by providing guidance and directions to resolve issues
• Update Citrix Machines Catalogs Terminal environments
• Solid experience Citrix, Hyper V, Netscalers, and Firewalls
• Provide Watchguard Firewall management and configurations
• Cloud Solution Design and implementation
• Cloud infrastructure Management
• Cloud Security
• Cloud optimization
• Monitoring and Troubleshooting
• Collaboration and Communication
• Staying updated

Must Have Background  and Skills

• Proficient with cloud platforms is essential 
• Industry Standard IT Certifications
• Ability to work without established guidelines
• Ability to remember the necessary actions needed to be performed when confronted with multiple tasks
• Strong understanding of networking principles, firewalls, and security protocols is crucial
• Knowledge of scripting languages and automation tools is helpful for managing and automating cloud environments
• Strong problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve issues in complex environments
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
