**Cleanroom Production Operator** **Job Description** + Perform daily production and packaging activities in compliance with GMP and SOPs. + Achieve assigned production goals and manage unscheduled workload peaks. + Detail critical raw materials, in-process procedures, and specifications. + Address corrective actions for technical issues related to raw materials and finished products. + Conduct in-process quality checks on sub-assemblies and finished products. + Resolve production line issues and notify Team Leader of corrective actions needed. + Maintain accurate records and documentation per GDP and SOPs. + Use MRP inventory system for reporting lot-controlled ingredients on batch records. **Skills & Qualifications** + At least two years of production/packaging experience. + Experience in a regulated medical device manufacturing or pharmaceutical environment preferred. + Familiarity with GDP, GMP, GLP, FDA, and ISO. + Knowledge of qualification and validation trials is a plus. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office and large ERP systems preferred. + Ability to quickly comprehend coagulation-based manufacturing processes. **Shifts Available:** + Monday to Friday 6am - 2:30pm + Monday to Friday 2pm - 10:30pm **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $21.63 - $23.79/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
