Job Description

Are you an experienced financial leader passionate about making a difference in healthcare? We're looking for a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our team and help drive financial strategy, innovation, and operational excellence in a dynamic healthcare setting.

What You'll Do:

Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting to support organizational goals.

Oversee departments including Finance, IT, Revenue Cycle, Patient Access, and Central Supply.

Provide strategic financial insights to executive leadership and the board.

Develop policies and procedures that promote efficiency and fiscal responsibility.

Build strong partnerships with internal teams, community stakeholders, and external organizations.

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry best practices, and financial reporting standards.

Drive performance improvements and innovative solutions to enhance financial operations.

What We're Looking For:

Education: Master's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience: At least 10 years of progressive financial leadership, including five years in a supervisory role.

Preferred Certification: CPA is highly desirable.

Skills: Strong financial acumen, negotiation skills, leadership abilities, and a passion for rural healthcare.

Knowledge: Expertise in revenue cycle management, healthcare compliance, and strategic planning.
