Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to oversee the financial operations of a large, physician-owned multi-specialty medical group. In this key leadership role, you will be responsible for managing financial functions such as accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and expense management. Additionally, you will work closely with bank relationships, oversee capital planning, and support acquisition financial due diligence, as well as interact with outside tax preparation firms.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead all financial operations for the medical group and its related entities, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
Oversee financial systems, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
Manage expense controls, banking relationships, and capital planning efforts.
Guide the team in revenue cycle optimization and financial due diligence for acquisitions.
Collaborate with tax firms to manage tax preparation and filing requirements.
Provide strategic leadership, ensuring financial goals align with organizational objectives.
Qualifications:

Required: CPA license.
10+ years of experience in medical group management or healthcare finance, with a proven track record of career progression and leadership.
Strong knowledge of Sage Intacct (preferred).
Experience with revenue cycle optimization is a plus.
Demonstrated ability to lead and manage teams, while balancing multiple priorities.
Excellent organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
