Join Us as Our Chief Financial Officer! The Catholic Diocese of Sioux Falls in Sioux Falls, SD is seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief Financial Officer to lead our financial operations. As the Chief Financial Officer, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of our organization and ensuring the financial health and stability of our diocese. Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a member of the Bishop's Leadership Team providing expertise on financial, operational and strategic matters.
• Develop and implement financial strategies to support the mission and goals of the diocese.
• Manage financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes for multiple diocesan ministries.
• Oversee financial compliance, risk management, and internal controls.
• Provide strategic financial guidance to the Bishop and other key stakeholders.
• Lead a team of finance professionals and collaborate with other departments to achieve financial objectives.

Qualifications:

• Active, practicing Catholic in good standing with the Roman Catholic Church.
• Proven experience as a Chief Financial Officer or similar role in a complex organization.
• Strong financial acumen and analytical skills.
• Excellent leadership and communication abilities.
• Understanding of Catholic Church financial practices and regulations.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
