RestaurantDealers is a successful and growing Technology & Consulting Company that has been helping the Hospitality Industry in the Rio Grande Valley for many years.

We are seeking an extroverted and motivated, bilingual that has great communication and technology skills. If you are willing and eager to learn and are passionate to help others in the hospitality industry. This job is for you!

As Call center Advisor you would….

• Be able to establish new clients.
  
• Establish business relationships with new prospects.
  
• Schedule Appointments and make demonstrations to new Leads and Prospects.
  
• Demonstrate the ability to overcome objections, negotiate and close business.
  
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge to be able to pitch the benefits of our solutions.
  
• Do online presentations to new leads and prospects. 
  
• Document customer interactions accurately and efficiently.
  
• Exceed call quality and productivity standards .
  
• Handle outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner. 

Requirements

• Extroverted.
  
• Be able to speak Spanish Fluently.
  
• Sales or call center experience (minimum of 2 years)
  
• Strong negotiation and customer service skills.
  
• Highschool diploma or equivalent 
  
• Computer skills (word, excel, power point, other OS.)
  
• Be open to feedback and be coachable. 
  
• Excellent communication skills and respectful telephone etiquette .
  
• Have excellent data entry, typing and computer navigations skills. 
  
• Quick learner.
