We are seeking reliable, hard-working individuals for a combination of  busser, barback, food runner, and server assistant positions. This position is specifically for night time (dinner) hours. We are looking for people with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and people who take pride in their work.

The main duties of this position are to assist the servers with their tables: filling waters, clearing tables, resetting tables, and running food to guests. As well as assisting the bartenders: washing and polishing glassware, filling ice bins, and juice. You also assist with overall cleaning of the bar and restaurant.

Yellowbelly is a locally owned restaurant and cocktail bar. This is a young company that is looking for people who want to grow within a great environment over a long period of time.

We have insurance and benefits available to full time employees.

Requirements

• A person with a great attitude and work ethic, and gets along with co-workers
• Must be friendly, and focused on hospitality towards guests
• Must be Available to work Nights (dinner shifts) and/or Weekends. We are open for dinner Tues-Sat nights, and Saturday brunch.
• Ability to work at a fast-pace in high-stress situations, while remaining calm
• Nights and Weekend availability are required.

Employees can start immediately.

We own and operate the restaurant Yellowbelly and the cocktail bar Lazy Tiger (which is connected to Yellowbelly), both are located in the Central West End in St. Louis. Extra Wavy is our new restaurant opening Fall 2026.
