Job Description

1. Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
2. Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.
3. Perform gap analysis between current and desired processes.
4. Work with developers, QA, and project managers to ensure solution alignment.
5. Create workflow diagrams, data models, and business process documents.
6. Conduct market and competitive research to support business strategies.
7. Track project deliverables and ensure timely completion.
8. Perform data analysis and reporting using Excel, SQL, Power BI, or Tableau.
9. Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and post-deployment reviews.
10. Communicate findings and recommendations effectively to management teams.
