Job Description
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
- Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.
- Perform gap analysis between current and desired processes.
- Work with developers, QA, and project managers to ensure solution alignment.
- Create workflow diagrams, data models, and business process documents.
- Conduct market and competitive research to support business strategies.
- Track project deliverables and ensure timely completion.
- Perform data analysis and reporting using Excel, SQL, Power BI, or Tableau.
- Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and post-deployment reviews.
- Communicate findings and recommendations effectively to management teams.
