BOS Supervisor
Job Description
The Caliber BOS Supervisor is highly self-motivated in overseeing maintenance technicians and customer relationships. Responsible for overseeing program performance in the southeast markets, this candidate will provide support with coordinating, consulting, and completing maintenance activities while implementing improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
The ideal candidate for this role is a natural leader with a proven track record of success in customer service and generating sales opportunities beyond the contract scope. A well-rounded technician proficient in skilled trades, while also having strong written and verbal skills with competence in the use of computers and software as management tools. As a resource to support market coverage at times, the BOS Supervisor will be leaned on as a learner and leader to implement training, expand field expertise & administrative skills, and be a champion of best practices.
Key Responsibilities
· Market Knowledge: strong understanding of contract details - scope, site count, rates, etc.
· Customer Relationship: Participate in scheduled program reviews & collaborative improvement agendas, as well as readily communicate with & entertain decision makers
· Facility Management: Strong understanding of skilled trades, troubleshooting, planning
· Safety Compliance: Steward of modern safety practices to meet internal & external requirements
· Supervision: Oversee the BOS Field Team in daily operations to develop and maintain efficient, lean operations.
· Development: Implement training agendas to enhance field expertise, administrative skills, and capability to find enhancement opportunities beyond BOS contract scope
· Support: Provide market coverage in lieu of MMT absence
· SP Network: Grow SP Network to support sales opportunities across the different divisions and verticals
· Enhancement Generation: Drive revenue growth within existing markets by finding enhancement opportunities beyond contract scope and nurture through the sales cycle
