Currently, we are seeking a skilled, experienced candidate to fulfill the role of Body Shop Manager
Ensure a safe working environment
Previous Manager Experience is Required
Understanding of insurance estimates and budgets
Excellent customer service, organizational, and negotiation skills
Experience developing and managing third-party vendor relationships
Goal-oriented and enthusiastic presence in a team environment
Strong written and communication skills
Valid driver’s license required as well as clean driving record
Professional appearance and work ethic

Responsibilities

Oversee daily Body Shop activities
Manage shop production schedule to meet pace and budget
Consult with guests regarding body repair needs
Work alongside customer’s insurance agencies to produce accurate estimates
Order parts needed for repair per estimate sheets
Recruit and train body shop technicians
Create work schedule and maintain proper accounting of Body Shop Technician’s productivity
