Duties are to maintain health and safety regulations at all kitchen and dining areas. Must possess physical ability and stamina to carry heavy trays and stand for long hours. It is the Food Runner's job to ensure hot food is hot and cold food is cold, adhere to timing standards for products and services and serve the guests in an accommodating manner.
