Bank Teller Needed – High Net Worth Clients

Position Summary:
We are seeking a polished, detail-oriented, and client-focused Bank Teller to join our Private Banking team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-touch, service-driven environment and is passionate about building trusted relationships with affluent clients.
Key Responsibilities:
-Provide concierge-level service to high net worth clients, ensuring a seamless and discreet banking experience.
-Process deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and other teller transactions with accuracy and efficiency.
-Proactively identify client needs and refer them to appropriate banking, lending, or investment specialists.
-Maintain strict confidentiality and uphold the highest standards of professionalism and integrity.
-Assist with account maintenance, check orders, wire transfers, and other specialized services.
-Support relationship managers and private bankers with client onboarding and service requests.
-Ensure compliance with all bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
-2+ years of teller or client service experience in a banking or financial services environment.
-Experience working with high net worth or private banking clients is strongly preferred.
-Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a polished and professional demeanor.
-Strong attention to detail, discretion, and ability to handle sensitive information.
-Proficiency in banking systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
-Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus.
-AA, BS or BA preferred.
