Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and organized Shop Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting daily operations, ensuring that the shop runs smoothly and efficiently. This position requires a blend of administrative skills, customer support, and office management capabilities. The Office Assistant will be responsible for various tasks that contribute to an excellent customer experience and effective shop management.

Duties

• Provide exceptional customer support by assisting customers with inquiries and product information.
• Manage the shop's calendar, scheduling appointments and coordinating events.
• Perform general office duties, including filing documents, managing correspondence, and maintaining organized records.
• Exhibit strong phone etiquette while handling incoming calls and messages.
• Assist in maintaining inventory levels and restocking supplies as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive work environment.
• Provide customer shuttles in our company vehicle
• Keeping a clean and organized work area and help with cleaning of office and customer loby

Experience

• Previous experience in an administrative or office management position is benificial but not required
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are necessary for interacting with customers and team members.

Pay: $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
