• Leverage excellent customer service skills and negotiation skills to effectively close sales
• Display used car features, characteristics, options, and more throughout the auto sales process
• Take a professional approach to your role as a sales associate, whether working with customers in the showroom or collaborating with team members at sales meetings
• Facilitate and join customers on test drives from the dealership
• Accountable for making follow-up and sales calls daily, will be provided a list to call via our CRM.
• Required to look and dress professionally at all times (Gotta look the part). Uniform shirts are provided for the team's look.
• Must be able to thoroughly communicate with clients and team members.
• Bottom line- if you want to make great money, with a fair ups system, flexible schedule, and are process-driven, then this is the place for you. WE DON'T FLOOD the FLOOR!

Qualifications:

• Stellar customer service skills, communication skills, and a high commitment to customer satisfaction are paramount
• Prior sales experience not required; we can train you.
• Education is NOT paramount; you need to be able to talk to people and take direction well, as this position is about YOU!
• Strong work ethic and a driven personality are required.
• Needs to have fun and keep an open mind.
