JOB SUMMARY:

A Security Service Sales Engineer develops and maintains long-term business-to-business relationships with ATS Integrated Solutions' security customers. This role partners with customers to define scope, pricing, and value for multi-year service support agreements, with a focus on recurring service offerings such as Preventive Maintenance, Software Subscriptions, and Service Support Programs. The primary territory includes Kentucky and Southern Indiana. The customer base includes, but is not limited to, data centers, hospitals and healthcare facilities, government buildings, school districts, and higher education facilities.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

SELL MULTI-YEAR CUSTOMER SUPPORT AGREEMENTS

• Effectively communicate the value and benefits of ATS Integrated Solutions' service offerings, including Preventive Maintenance, Software Subscriptions, and Service Support Programs
• Develop and customize multi-year Service Support Agreements to align with customer operational needs, risk profiles, and budget requirements
• Collaborate with customers to define service scope, pricing, and contract terms that support long-term partnerships
• Maintain a strong understanding of customer facilities and systems to proactively identify service opportunities
• Support territory sales objectives through relationship management and ongoing account development

CREDENTIALS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Knowledge of Access Control, Video and Intrusion systems
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Strong communication and interactive skills
  • Ability to work independently and unsupervised
  • Engineering/Business undergraduate degree (preferred)
  • Equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Building electrical systems experience
  • Professional business to business sales experience

WORK ENVIRONMENT AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

This position requires consistent physical work at a project jobsite, spending most of your time on your feet. Project jobsites present typical construction and outdoor conditions that require the use of personal protective equipment for safety purposes. Lifting and exerting up to 50 pounds of force frequently is required. Must be comfortable climbing a ladder regularly. Small repetitive motions and use of small tools is included.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

  • Your compensation includes a competitive base salary plus commission (paid quarterly) based on meeting targeted goals, and monthly car allowance. The base salary depends on candidate experience, knowledge, skills, and qualifications.

POSITION TYPE AND HOURS

  • Full-time, non-exempt
  • Typical Monday – Friday working hours with flexibility as needed
  • Ability and willingness to travel up to 15% of the time
  • Must be 18 years of age and possess a valid driver's license with limited violations
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship
