Title: Associate Director Digital Marketing

Position Summary:
This Associate Director will lead digital marketing initiatives for healthcare professionals and patients. The role involves aligning media strategies with brand goals and optimizing digital campaigns across various platforms. The Associate Director will work closely with marketing, legal, regulatory, and business analytics teams to execute impactful campaigns for approved products.
Responsibilities:
Lead digital marketing campaigns for HCPs and patients across social media and other platforms.
Define KPIs and use data to optimize marketing strategies for better ROI.
Develop lead generation strategies to support the sales pipeline.
Collaborate with data analytics, marketing, and third-party vendors to ensure campaign success.
Stay up to date with new digital marketing technologies and trends.
Qualifications:
10+ years of digital marketing experience in the biopharmaceutical/biotech industry.
Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, content marketing, and social media.
Proven project management skills with a focus on strategy execution and optimization.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field (required); MBA (preferred).
