Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Area Construction Supervisor with a strong background in residential construction, including painting, framing, siding, and general carpentry. The ideal candidate is a natural leader who can manage Field supervisors, ensure safety and quality standards are upheld, and keep projects on schedule and on budget.
Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of field crews on residential construction projects.
• Oversee installation of WRB, furring, siding, framing, and other components.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, OSHA safety standards, and company policies.
• Interpret blueprints, project plans, and specifications, ensuring all areas are followed.
• Order materials, coordinate deliveries, and work with estimator on shortages.
• Communicate clearly with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams.
• Monitor job progress, manage punch lists, ensure quality control, with a timely completion on budget.
• Troubleshoot and resolve on-site issues promptly and efficiently.
• Train and mentor team members and laborers.

Qualifications:

• Strong expertise in general construction techniques.
• 2+ years of supervisory or lead experience preferred in construction Environment.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings.
• Solid understanding of residential building codes and job site safety.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish).
