We’re looking for caring, responsible, and energetic team members to help create a safe, engaging, and fun after school environment where kids can thrive.

📍 Position Details:

• Part-Time | Monday–Friday | 2 PM – 6 PM
• Ages served: K–5th Grade
• Location: Tumble Shine Athletics

🌈 Responsibilities:

• Supervise and interact with children in a positive, respectful way
• Help with homework, crafts, games, sports, and group activities
• Create a fun, structured environment that promotes safety and kindness
• Communicate with parents and teammates as needed
• Assist with snack time, transitions, and cleanup

✅ Ideal Candidate:

• Loves working with school-age children (experience preferred)
• Patient, dependable, and team-oriented
• Able to multitask and manage small groups
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Background in education, child care, or recreation is a bonus
• Must be able to pass a background check
