About The Role

Designed for current college students, undergraduate or graduate seeking a career in Commercial Property Management. Participation in the program is intended to provide a well-rounded knowledge of the business and valuable skills, earned by working alongside versatile professionals in the largest and most successful global

Commercial Real Estate services firm.

The internship accelerates your learning and development by providing you with a great foundation upon which to build your career. The program provides you with an outstanding perspective on our integrated service lines. As a program participant, you will also partake in learning and development activities crafted especially for you.

What You’ll Do

  • Hands on Property Management experience at CBRE office, retail or industrial managed properties that could include tenant relations, client reporting and budgeting, property inspections, lease abstraction, compliance reviews, tenant/vendor meetings, leasing team meetings and tenant events.
  • Participate in opportunities to interface and learn from local, regional and national leadership.
  • Tour office, retail, and industrial properties in the market.
  • Shadow typical Property Management positions in the market
  • Attend local events which could include: Employee Business Resource Group events, Team meetings of varying product types or job functions, CBRE Cares events

Internship Dates: June 1, 2026 – July 24, 2026

Locations : Chicago, IL; Los Angeles, CA; San Francisco, CA; Washington D.C.

What You’ll Need

  • A strong academic background, preferably in Business or Real Estate. Applicants should be self-motivated, creative and focused.
  • Current college junior, senior, or graduate level student.
  • Experience with MS Office.
  • Strong presentation skills.
  • Ability to network and develop strong relationships.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Solid written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
